Nicaragua is our newest origin from the North Central Mountains of Nicaragua. The cacao is processed with organic methods and single source beans harvested by cacao farmers surrounding La Colonia, whom have been growing cacao for generations.
We were excited when this bar sold out in less than 1-hour when it was unveiled at our biggest spring event here in Los Angeles in 2018.
The the flavor notes we experience are coffee and nutty.
As with all of our two ingredient chocolate bars, the Nicaragua 60% qualifies as Vegan.
