Q: Do you ship throughout the entire year, even during the hot summer months?
A: We ship all 12-months of the year. We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments. We only ship Monday through Wednesday so keep this in mind when placing your order. Unless USPS has an issue, or there is some other issue beyond our control. your order should arrive 1-2 business days after we ship.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: No, we do not.
Q: Will my chocolate melt if I order during the summer?
A: As with any item sent via mail, there is a chance the chocolate could get damaged. We use ice packs to keep the internal temperature of the package and its content as cool as we can for as long as we can. We have made hundreds of shipments using our current packaging technique during hot summer months and our success rate is extremely high. However, if there is an issue, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can ensure your a happy camper.
